Returns Policy

All items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The item must be received back in store no later than the 14th day after it was successfully delivered. The item must be sent via insured post and in the original box/packaging. It must be returned unworn and in it's original, undamaged condition. If there are any defects a refund will not be offered, or a cleaning or repair charge will be applied. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and must ensure that the postal service used has adequate compensation in the event of loss or damage of the item during transit. We will not be held responsible should the item get lost or damaged during the return transit. The item is the buyers responsibility until it reaches us. It is the buyers responsibilty to ensure that the item reaches us in the same condition as it was received.
