This is a 9ct gold pink sapphire and diamond heart ring in a size T, US 9 1/2. The sapphire measures around 4 x 4mm and there are 18 small 1.25mm diamonds in total with a combined carat weight of approximately 0.18ct. The head of the ring measures around 9 x 10mm and the band is around 1.5mm in width at the back. It is very good overall condition and is stamped fully hallmarked as pictured though these are worn. It will be sent in a box but not the one pictured. It weighs around 2.9g.
